We have collected a bunch of questions, which we are frequently asked. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please email us at sales@byflou.com, and Marlene will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I contact you on telephone?

Yes. You are always welcome to contact our customer service at +45 77 34 64 75. To give you the best purchasing experience possible, we have chosen to have a customer service department, which will be ready to help and guide you. You can call our customer service weekdays between 10 and 15. You can also contact us per mail. Write to Marlene at sales@byflou.com, and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Have you got a physical store?

To give our online customers the best service possible, we have chosen to focus only on our online shop. We are a 100% internet-based company, and therefore we have no physical shop. If you are close to our studio/stock/office, you are always welcome to pop by and pick up your items.

Will you receive more pieces, if an item is sold out?

Unfortunately we cannot promise that we will receive any more pieces, if an item is sold out, as we buy our items from the designers like regular shops. Perhaps a sold-out item is returned, and in that case it will off course be put online again.

Which payment opportunities have I got?

An item is charged what it says in the online shop, and therefore no card fees are added no matter which card you use at Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet.
The following cards can be used: Dankort, E-dankort, Visa Dankort, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.

Is it safe to shop online with my credit card?

When paying with a credit card at Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet, you are always protected from abuse. Our internet shop is supported by e.g. PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Betalings Systemer), and all sensitive data transported in connection with a purchase is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This means that only PBS will be able to see your details, and neither Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet nor anyone else will be able to see them.
At PBS your credit card information is validated, i.e. it is checked for blocking and other factors making it invalid. If everything is in order, you will receive a message, that your order has been confirmed.

When paying with a credit card, you are protected from abuse, as you can always refuse to pay, when you get your payment statement. You have no excess if your card is abused in an online shop secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Therefore you are better secured than in the physical world, where your excess is DKK 1200, if your card is abused.

Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet does not receive any credit card information, but gets a reporting that an amount has been reserved for Byflou, Sally-B or Byoutlet for later transaction, when your order has been treated. Once the items has been packed and shipped via Post Danmark or GLS/TNT, PBS receives a message that the reserved amount can be released.

When do you collect the money?

Your purchase amount is not collected before your items are sent from Byflou, Sally-B or Byoutlet. The amount can never exceed that, which you have approved in your order.

Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet does not receive any credit card information, but gets a reporting that an amount has been reserved for Byflou, Sally-B or Byoutlet to be used at a later transaction, when your order has been treated. Once the items has been packed and shipped via Post Danmark or GLS/TNT, PBS receives a message that the reserved amount can be released.

How long must I wait for my order to arrive?

Normally, if we receive your order before 1 pm, we will ship the packed the same day. Normal delivery time is 2-7 weekdays, and at Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet we strive to live up to this. We do not ship packages during the weekend. Misprints, inventory management errors and price changes may occur.

How much are the shipping costst?

We off course offer free delivery if you are a Danish resident and your order exceeds DKK 850. On international shipping you get free shippping if your order exceeds 250 €. We ship packages every weekday, and usually you will receive your order in 2-7 days. The free delivery service secures you the right to comfortably stay at home and consider you purchase, without having to struggle trough crowded stores after hours. We also offer to wrap your items and enclose a small gift.

All Danish deliveries are sent via Post Danmark, GLS or TNT. In the “delivery” section you can choose how you want your items delivered. The price is subject to your choice. Every delivery is insured no matter what, and you will always receive a tracking number, so that you can follow the package all the way to your front door.

  • If you are a foreign resident, in Greenland or the Faroe Islands, foreign delivery conditions apply.
  • Delivery costs are subject to your choice of supplier.
  • If your purchase exceeds 250 € - delivery is free.
  • If you regret your purchase, the full amount will be refunded.


Can you leave the package at an agreed location?

If you wish your package left at a particular location e.g. “Leave package in garage”, please write it in the “note” section. We will then pass the information on to the delivery currier. If you have not written any note, and you are not home at the time of delivery, you can pick up your package at the post office.

My order is a gift – can I add a card?

Yes, you can order a card with a short text for your gift. This opportunity is part of the wrapping option, which can be found in the cart during your purchase. We will then wrap up your purchase nicely and write a beautiful card containing your message.

I have lost my order confirmation, what do I do?

If you have lost your confirmation, you can always go to “My Account” and print a new one. If this is not possible, please write a mail to sales@byflou.com.

Can I follow my order (Track and Trace)?

All our items are sent as packages via Post Danmark, TNT or GLS. Once your item is shipped you will receive a Track and Trace-number, which will be visible in “My Account” and per email. You can then click on to the link and track your package. Registration may take up to 24 hours.

How do I return an item?

If you choose to return one or more items, please fill in the enclosed return form. You are responsible for the return yourself, and you must also pay for it. Items must always be returned in original packing and with intact hang-tags etc. Every item sent to other countries than Denmak, has 30 days right of cancellation from the current day you received it. Please remember to enclose invoice or delivery note. Your money will be refunded directly to your credit card within 30 days (typically already within 7 days).
The package must be received within 30 days after you received the clothes. You therefore have 30 days to return the package, from the day you received it. A packages received after the 30 days of return, will not be credited.

Do you accept returned items on sale?

We always offer 30 days right of cancellation in countries outside Denmark – also on items on sale – from the current day you received your order. All you have to do is fill in the return form and enclose it in your package. When you return an item you must pay the return shipping yourself. Items must always be returned in original packing and with intact hang-tags etc. Please remember to enclose invoice or delivery note. Your money will be refunded directly to your credit card within 30 days (typically already within 7 days).

My item is flawed or has a defect – How do I complain?

At Byflou, Sally-B and Byoutlet we check all items before shipping them, but nevertheless mistakes can happen. If you have recieved a defect item, please contact costumers service at sales@byflou.coom, before you return the item to us. Fill in your name, order number and details about the defect. A new item (same style) will then be sent to you as soon as possible. If the style is no longer in stock, we will off course return the full amount to your credit card.

Something is missing in my order

We strive to avoid mistakes, but unfortunately they sometimes occur. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact our customer service department at +45 77 34 64 75 or email marlene@byflou.com with your order number, and we will take care of the mistake right away.

You have returned the wrong amount to my account

Mistakes sometimes happen, and if you have received a wrong amount in connection with a returned item, please call or write customer service. We will then look in to the case and correct the mistake. 

Can I change my order? - e.g. add an extra item

Our system is not designed so that you can change in your order after it has been confirmed. However, you are always welcome to write sales@byflou.com and ask if it is possible. In most cases we will simply cancel the first order, and you will then be able to make a new correct one.

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to treat all orders with maximum speed, so if you wish to cancel yours, you must be fast to succeed before we ship the package. But if you wish to do so, please contact customer service at +45 77 34 64 75 or email sales@byflou.com.

Have you received my returned item?

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirming, that we have received it. Your money will be returned to your account immediately after.

In which countries do you deliver packages?

We deliver to all European countries. The price is always 25 €, but do you order over 250 € we give free delivery.

How to shop at Byflou.com

When you shop at Byflou, Sally-B or Byoutlet and you fall in love with a garment, an accessory, or a lovely pair of shoes, you simply choose your desired size and colour and add it to your “cart”. Now your total “cart” appears in the right corner of the top menu. If you wish to buy more items, just add them continuously as you move on. To finish your purchase, press “Go to check-out”. Here you will find a step-by-step guide, which will help you through your payment. Then an order confirmation will appear, in which you should make sure all your detail are correct before approving and sending the order. At last you will see a receipt, which will also be forwarded to your email.

If you at later occasion should need a copy of your order confirmation or your receipt, you can always find it under “My Account”. Here you can also watch all your previous purchases.

We have a variety of different products in our shop and we strive to continuously offer you new and exciting brands and designers. If you know any specific brands or designers, which you believe would fit perfectly in to the Byflou or Sally-B universe, please do not hesitate to tell us. Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts on the items you find in the shop, but if your purchase exceeds 250 € your delivery is free, and we will include a small gift in your package as well.

Where can I see previous orders?

In “My Account” you can see all previous orders and also print old order confirmations, receipts etc. if you need them.

Time of delivery and information

When you have sent us an order at Byflou, Sally-B or Byoutlet we ship the package as soon as possible. If you order on a weekday before 1 pm we will ship it the same day. We do not send packages during the weekend. You will receive your order in our exclusive signature packing, or in a recycled packing (should you have chosen this option). Every item is closely examined and wrapped to avoid mistakes in our shipping.

Returning an item

If you choose to return one or more items, please fill in the enclosed return form. Please also include a few comments regarding why you return your item. You are responsible for the return yourself, and you must also pay for it. Items must always be returned in original packing and with intact hang-tags etc. Every item sent to other countries than Denmark has 30 days right of cancellation from the current day you received it. Please remember to enclose invoice or delivery note in the packed.
When you return an item and wish to have your money refunded, it will be done directly to your credit card. MasterCards and other international card transactions may take up to 30 days, where other cards only take less than 7 days.

Sometimes small technical problems on the site might occur. If this happens, please do not hesitate to write us at sales@byflou.com and explain the situation. We will look into the matter as soon as possible and find a solution.

Opening an account/”My Account”


Must I open an account to shop?

When you make your first purchase in our shop, you automatically open an account. When doing so, you can choose to receive our newsletter. Once you have opened your account, you can log in through the “login” button in the right side of the top menu. You now have access to “My Account” where you can see all your earlier purchases, order confirmations, special offers, track&trace etc.

In the future when you shop at Byflou.com your purchase will automatically be connected to your account. Even if you have not logged in, our system will recognise your email address and the purchase will be saved in your purchase history.

How do I sign up for the Byflou.com newsletter?

When you open your account you can choose to receive the newsletter, but if you have chosen not to and regret this, you can always sign up at the bottom left side of the menu. Here you simply write your email address and press “enter”.

You can also sign up under “My Account” > “Newsletter”. This is also where you can unsubscribe the newsletter.

Have you got a size guide?

In each style description, we try to explain the size as carefully as possible and write chest, lenght and hips measures under the description. In addition to this information, you can always contact us if you need us to measure something specific on the garment. You can also click on “Size Guide”, and below this section you will find a description of the different sizes we carry in the shop.

Can I obtain further information about a product?

We include as much information as possible in the style description; size, colour, material, fit, chest, lenght and hip measure, but if you need further information, please use the product card in the menu “Questions to the style” or write customer service at sales@byflou.com. It is important, that you include the style name, which you will find in the details, in your mail.

The product is not available in my size – what do I do?

If you cannot choose a specific style in you size, it is due to the fact that the size is sold out. Keep a close eye on the style to see if any items have been returned and put back online, or email sales@byflou.com – Then we will keep an eye open for you.

I saw a style in your webshop earlier, but now it is not there – How come?

When a product is sold out, it is automatically removed from the shop. Therefore you might have seen products before, which are not in the shop anymore.
