When you shop at Byflou or Byoutlet you ALWAYS get 30 days full return. So if you have purchased a garment, which does not fit or does not live up to your expectations, or you have received an unfortunate item with a flaw, it is always easy to return it. You have 30 days right of cancellation from the present day you receive your purchase. If you wish to return a purchase, you must make sure it is in the same condition as when you received it. In other words, the sales value must not be reduced.
The package must be received within 30 days after you received the clothes. You therefore have 30 days to return the package, from the day you received it.         A packages received after the 30 days of return, will not be credited.

If you regret you purchase before you have received it, you can simply refuse to receive it at the post office. You can also return it personally at Tåsingevej 8, 9500 Hobro. If you regret your purchase, you will naturally get the full purchase price returned. When we have received the intact item and made sure it is in the same condition as when shipped off, we return your money to the same credit card you used when you ordered. It is important that you include an order number when you return a purchase. Please note that we do not receive packages sent cash on delivery.
